Together We Can Make A Difference
Kresge’s Krew Foundation was co-founded by Cliff and Judy Kresge in 2008 to provide financial support to organizations and foundations in East Tennessee who provide therapeutic services to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder. The foundation also serves an educational resource to help others better understand autism spectrum disorders.
The Kresge’s witnessed first-hand the difference early therapeutic intervention can make in an individual’s life. Cliff’s son, Mason, was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2 1/2 and began therapy immediately. Today, he is a 15-year-old mainstreamed high school sophomore who makes A’s and B’s, has many friends and is on the swim and water polo teams.
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), music, animal, speech and many other therapies all make an impact, and the sooner they can be started the better. Since its inception, Kresge’s Krew has provided over a quarter of a million dollars to 15 plus organizations and foundations.
